Post School Options

Our Post School Options program caters paticularly to young people who have Post School Services Funding from the Department of Communities (Disability Services). We are aware that a range of Agencies provide support for young people who are no longer attending school and our intent is not to duplicate any of these but to offer something different that fills the gap in the range of options for families.

If you or your son/daughter is looking for post school activities we can tailor a program based around recreation activities, physical activities or those with an educational focus. The emphasis is on one to one support which can provide a program that can be mixed and matched according to your son's or daughter's needs. Some of those who attend the Scheme's Post School Options program also attend Post School programs provided by other agencies who offer larger group activites with more social interaction. They have found that the mix of individual support, recreation and education activites that we offer and the group experience provided by the other organisation provides a balance of activities in their lives.

Please note that we do not offer a centre based program or provide transport.
